The European Coworking Assembly is a nonprofit and its members and is international in nature. We communicate about the events and projects registered on our website via email, our newsletter, and our social media. This map is being developed in the European Rural Coworking Project as a coalition partner in RESMOVE.

We don’t collect your personal data for any purpose other than responding to you, and letting you and others who are signed up for our newsletter and social media know about the events and happenings around the European Coworking Assembly. Data published on the internet was collected to create the map.

If you send us an email we will answer you via the address you give us; If you ask us to call you we will do it with the number you provide. If we want more information about your coworking space for the map we will contact you via the contact details provided on your website. We won’t call you or email you for any other reason. And we certainly won’t sell or share your personal data with anybody without getting your permission.

If you buy something from us or book tickets on our website, then your data will be used to fulfill your order. This may require sharing your data with the manufacturer or organizer of the event and those details will be given to you when you buy that product or book that ticket.

If you opt-in to or interact with our Twitter, Facebook, newsletter or lobbying registrations then we will collect the data you opted into giving us for those purposes. Because if you sign up for something with us you will get it. No exceptions.

We will share your email address, first name and last name if necessary to create the newsletter or emails with our partners who are creating those things. But in general each member of the Assembly shares with their own audience and not directly with each other because that is how Coworking works; we work together but separately.
